PhD. Jorge R. Aguilar Cisneros received his PhD degree in Software Engineering from UPAEP (Universidad Popular Autónoma del Estado de Puebla) at Puebla, México, 2009. He studied a master degree in Systems engineering at UDLAP (Universidad de las Americas Puebla) and his bachelor degree in Computer Science at BUAP (Benemerita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla). He is a professor in the UPAEP since 2006. He is certified as SrumMaster (ScrumMaster for Agile Alliance ) since 2011 and he is SEI-Certified PSP Developer since 2007 (PSP is the Personal Software Process. SEI is the Software Engineering Institute from Carnegie Mellon). His research interests include Software Process Improvement and Methodologies for Short-project Software Development. Dr. Aguilar is member of the IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) and the International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE). Nowadays, Dr Aguilar teaches the following courses: Software Engineering, Requirements Engineering, PSP (Personal Software Process), TSP (Team Software process), Agile Methodologies (SCRUM).
